Framboise Sablee

A. Sablee dough
Ingredients  :
280 gr  Butter
  50 gr   Sugar Powder
  12 gr   Cinnamon Powder    
    1 gr   Salt
 50  gr    Almond Powder
  60 gr   Egg
300 gr   Bread Powder
    1 gr    Baking Powder
 12 gr     Rum
Methods :
1. Softly stir butter and add the sugar powder, salt, beat until creamy.
2. Mix the sieve cinnamon powder and almond powder.Softly blend it.
3. Add egg, softly mix it.( Prohibit excessive mixing)
4. Sieve flour, baking powder and then mix with step 3, rum. Refrigerate for one day.
5. Gently stir the pastry, and roll out the pastry until 0,3 cm thick.
6. Cut out the 2 kind of cookies to using a cookie cutter.
7. Spread water on the surface of the dough and overlap the ring shape dough. Bake 190/155C, 15 min.
8. Squeeze out framboise pepin on the sable, and bake 3 min and let cool completely.
9. Decorate with sugar powder and Roll in the pistachio.

B. Famboise pepin :
Ingredients :
500 gr  Raspberry
300 gr  Sugar
Methods :
Boil together sugar and raspberries.
 # diameter 4 cm, 14 piece
