Ingredients :
55 gr  Butter
  5 gr  Sp
40 gr  Soft sugar
75 gr  Cake flour
15 gr  Caster sugar

Ingredients of the filling :
100 gr  White chocolate
  15 gr  Whipping cream
Methods :
1. First mix egg white and caster sugar, whisk them with slow speed until the sugar melt.
2. Melt the butter at room temperature, put SP and soft sugar into it and whisk them until they have soft peak.
3. Add the sifted flour and mix them well.
4. Whisk step 1 with fast speed until it has soft peak.
5. Add step 4 into step 3 gradually and mix them well.
6. Wipe the dough on the transfer paper smoothly.
7. Take off the transfer paper.
8. Put it into the oven and bake with the temperature of 160C / 120C for 20 minutes. Then let it cool down.
9. Melt the white chocolate with double boiler, then add the whipping cream and mix them well.
10. Pipe the chocolate mixtuer inside step 8 as the picture shows.
