Kurma( Dates) Financier

Kurma Paste
Ingredients :
250 gr  Kurma
600 ml  water
  15 gr  Baking soda

Methods :
Boil 250 gr kurma with 600ml water and 15 gr baking soda until becomes like a paste. Stir once in a while

Ingredients :
250 gr   Unsalted butter
150 gr   Icing sugar
250 gr   Almond ground
100 gr   Cake flour
150 gr   Eggwhites
  40 gr   Glycerine
160 gr   Kurma paste
150 gr   Dates(kurma),cut into half

Methods :
1. Prepare kurma paste, by boiling all the ingredients together until it form a  paste, allow to cool down
2. Meanwhile, heat up and boil the butter to brown colour(hazelnut butter), cool down.
3. Sift the dry ingredients together and combine with eggwhites & glycerine.
4. Fold in brown butter & kurma paste
5. Pipe into the flexible moulds( 40 grams on each), place half dates on top.
6. Bake at 160 C for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
7. Cool down, remove from moulds and sprinkle with icing sugar on top before serving(optional).
