Ingredients :
113 gr Butter
60 gr Icing Sugar
30 gr Egg
115 gr Cake flour
150 gr Pumpkin seeds
Methods :
1. Put butter and icing sugar into the container and whisk them.
2. Then add some eggs and mix them well.
3. Sift the cake flour and add it into step 2.
4. Add the pumpkin seeds and mix them well.
5. Let the dough relax for 10 minutes at room temperature.
6. Cover step 5 with glass paper and press it smoothly.
7. Put step 6 into fridge until it become neither too hard nor too soft. Then cut it into several 0,7 cm pieces.
8. Bake step 7 with a temperature of 180/160 C until it looks yellow.
