A Pate Sucree
Ingredients :
130 gr Butter
80 gr Sugar powder
2 gr Salt
40 gr Egg
200gr Bread flour
24 gr Almond Powder
Methods :
1. Softly butter.
2. Beat the salt and sieve sugar powder in a large bowl with an electric mixer until creamy, (process in divided into 3 - 4 times )
3. Add the egg and then beat until creamy.
4. Sieve powder and Mix Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
5. Roll out the pastry until 3 mm thick, and then piquer.
6. Bake 180C/ 30 minutes.
B Creme Citron
Ingredients :
140 gr Egg
146 gr Sugar
110 gr Lemon juice
2gr Lemon peel
200 gr Butter
Methods :
1. In a bowl, lightly stir the egg.
2. Add sugar and lightly stir it. And then blend the lemon juice.
3. Bring to gently boil over low heat.
4. Sieve it. And then mix the lemon peel butter.
5. Pour over baked sucree and let cool completely.
C Final step
Macaron,Fruits, White chocolate plate
Lay the white chocolate plate on the cream and decorate with the fruits and macaron.
